Conduct monthly stock take and involve in customers' audit and preparation.
Monitor the incoming and outgoing shipment and operation issues.
Plan and coordinate overtime arrangement when necessary.
Ensure the workplace, equipment & storage area are well maintained.
Assist on inquiries from the customers to support warehouse operations.
Attending operation meetings with superior, if necessary, follow up and act on customer's requests.
Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including conducting daily briefings.
Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of warehouse operations by liaising between warehouse and office.
Update incident and accident to superior as well as assist in the investigation. Provide reports with corrective and preventive action.
Improve and comply with the safety and health standards in accordance with OSHA and customer requirements. Provide suggestions for risk reductions.
Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma in Logistic or related field.
Min 4 years' experience in related field.
High sense of responsibility, able to work independently, prioritize and delegate tasks.
Computer literate, good knowledge in WMS and Ms Excel.
Able to drive a forklift and reach truck would be an added advantage.
Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
