Job Description

POSITION: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
s:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, stock counts, and documentation.
Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operate and supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Plan and monitor loading and unloading activities to meet delivery schedules.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, including inventory records and daily operational reports.
Handle warehouse issues, damages, or discrepancies and report them to management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valid Forklift License
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, inventory systems).
Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
