Job Description
The Warehouse & Inventory Assistant is responsible for managing the overall inventory operations of an assigned customer account. This includes handling shipment deliveries, stock replenishment, customer order processing, put-away and picking activities, as well as conducting cycle counts. The main objective is to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and the achievement of productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements (in/out) to ensure data accuracy. Monitor and manage inventory levels for both company and customer materials in line with inventory cycles and objectives. Handle customer inquiries related to inventory and stock availability. Plan, coordinate, and execute physical cycle counts. Ensure compliance with all inventory management procedures and company policies. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification. At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good command of both English and Malay, spoken and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Able to drive forklift

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
