We need the RIGHT PERSON. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse and Supply Chain Executive take us to our next phase of growth. Currently 150 branches,

we are looking to expand at a faster pace domestically and regionally

.

The Role

This role is highly rewarding for the right candidate, who enjoys working in fast-paces, tight-knit teams and wants to see results. As Warehouse and Supply Chain Executive, you will be the KEY person to delivering information between supplier, warehouse staff, logistic staff and procurement staff to our Top Management. You must be able to create and design solutions and arrange all details to achieve the best result.

? Supervising department staff and daily activities
? Managing, evaluating, and reporting on supply chain department productivity.
? Manage and coordinate purchasing, receiving, storage and timely delivering goods.
? Checking orders, items received, inventory and delivery for accuracy.
? Ensure all orders are prepared, picked, labeled and packed on time.
? To form SOP's and ensure the supply chain team adhere to our standards.
? Communicating and coordinating with other department to achieve customer satisfaction.
? To assist Supply Chain Manager on monitoring stock level (Replenishment, Ordering, Delivery), quality, and optimizing utilization of warehouse space.
? Supervising and ensuring all claims are done and on time.
? Manage working environment clean, tidy and safe.

Requirement

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Materials Logistics Management equivalent. Those without degree in relevant field but with vast experience in warehousing system, logistic workflow and procurement job scope are also encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within supply chain operations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
