JOB DESCRIPTION

Unbox, assemble, and prepare copier and multifunctional devices according to standard setup procedures. Configure machine settings, install firmware, and perform initial testing to ensure full functionality. Set up and verify network, print, and scan configurations as required before delivery. Label, tag, and record serial numbers accurately for tracking and inventory purposes. Ensure each machine is clean, complete with accessories, and in proper working condition prior to dispatch. Conduct pre-delivery inspection to ensure devices meet operational and quality standards. Test print, copy, and scan functions to confirm machine performance. Receive, store, and manage copier machines, spare parts, and consumables in an organized manner. Maintain accurate inventory records using system logs or warehouse management tools. Prepare machines for delivery, including packaging, labelling, and attaching required documentation. Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure device reliability and minimize downtime. Inspect, clean, and replace consumables such as rollers, toners, drums, and other parts. Collect and submit meter readings accurately and on time to ensure proper billing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Experience in hardware setup, electronics, or warehouse operations. Basic understanding of copier or printer hardware is preferred. Ability to perform testing and minor troubleshooting. Attention to detail, organized, and able to follow standard operating procedures. Team player with good communication and coordination skills. Will be based at TASCO Warehouse (Gelang Patah, Johor Bharu). Commencement Date: 03rd November 2025
