Bhd.xc2xb7 Endeavor to meet all KPI targetsxc2xb7 Prepare and submit warranty / PQIS claims within 4 days of repair completion.xc2xb7 Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation in accordance to Porsche Asia Pacific audit requirements.xc2xb7 Ensure all relevant repairs are approved Porsche Asia Pacific prior to commencing work.xc2xb7 Ensure Pre-Owned Warranty inspections, activations and documentation is completed in accordance with Porsche Asia Pacific audit requirements.xc2xb7 Monitor dealership PQIS jobs to minimize incomplete and open jobs.xc2xb7 Maintain statistics, records and mailing of statement, invoices, submit customer correspondence, direct mailing.xc2xb7 Monitor the warranty debtors report on a weekly basis to ensure all claims are settled within 30 days.xc2xb7 Check and verify warranty parts are tagged and compiled accurately.xc2xb7 Ensure that only exchange parts are used in warranty repairs.xc2xb7 Ensure all Porsche AG barcode requests are fulfilled within the required time.xc2xb7 Ensure that all workshop and recall campaign information is provided to the dealership.xc2xb7 Ensure that all campaigns are completed in a timely manner.xc2xb7 Ensure all campaign parts are ordered and kept in sufficient supply to minimize repair delays.xc2xb7 Complete warrant claims and recording claims into warranty register, reconciliation of credit notes and ensures defect parts availability and proper storage.xc2xb7 Identify possible candidates for PPP and make applications within 5 daysxc2xb7 Monitor and report Grey Vehicles as the enter Malaysia.xc2xb7 Stock in/out warranty parts in warranty roomResponsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirement.About us :Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd (SDAP) is the official importer of Porsche vehicles in Malaysia, taking over the local operations since 2010.
