Responsibilities:
Professionally handling incoming requests from customers and ensure issues are resolved both side
Efficiently gather customers information, and fulfil customers need
Educate the customers on how applicable warranty can be claimed
Troubleshoot customers issues
Maintain and balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company
Responsible for compiling customer records
Any duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field
Candidates must have at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Willing to work in Taman Intan, Klang
