Recruitment of manpower for foreign workers. With track of record of over the 12 years of vast experience and specialized in the provision of Recruitment Management and Consultancy Service in foreign Manpower.

JOB RESPONSIBILITE

• Ensuring smooth function of Front Office (Reception) handling incoming calls and receiving visitors.
• handling to incoming and outgoing calls, mails, couriers.
• Able to attend inquiries, complaints and liaising with customers.
• Maintain files, general office files and attending to filing of all correspondence in the respective files.
• To perform general administration works, clerical support & other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
• Other add-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Manpower agency recruitment
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have good communication and interpersonal skills and have pleasant disposition.

Job Requirement

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words).
• Responsible, result-oriented, independent, strict on deadlines, a team player, self-motivated, willing to learn, Discipline, and punctual.
• Able to handle work under pressure.
• Able in work independent with minimum guidance.
• Systematic and excellent organization skills.
• Fast LEARNER and GOOD ATTITUDE.
• Proficient in FWCMS system and government embassy.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday ( 9am - 6pm )
