The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company, strategize and develop innovating acquisition processes to expanding the RSG brand presence. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities

• \xc2\xb7Be responsible for managing company
• channels such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram and more.
• \xc2\xb7Implement thoughtful social media strategies to increase engagement & followers such as Growth hacks.
• \xc2\xb7Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
• \xc2\xb7Build relationships with the online community
• \xc2\xb7Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership
• \xc2\xb7Develop effective marketing and brand communication plans and campaigns to expand RSG\xe2\x80\x99s digital footprint and brand awareness
• \xc2\xb7Set up, build and manage community accounts of platforms like Reddit and other relevant applications.
• \xc2\xb7Lead experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact
• \xc2\xb7Report on the health of our community servers, and make recommendations for improvement
• \xc2\xb7Responsible for managing all moderators on communities
• \xc2\xb7Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement
• \xc2\xb7Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• \xc2\xb7Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications team members and suppliers to ensure brand consistency
• \xc2\xb7Liaise with Development and Business Development departments to stay updated on new products and features
• \xc2\xb7Build relationships with users, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists

Requirements

• Deep understanding of web3, ideally with a focus on NFTs and GameFi communities
• A passion for decentralization and blockchain technology, building and nurturing online communities
• 3+ years of experience in community management or related field
• Proven track record of building and engaging communities
• Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem and its key players
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Advanced level of English proficiency - both written and spoken
• High levels of emotional intelligence support intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
• An ardent supporter of diversity and inclusion

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM4,300.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
