You will serve as the bridge between clients, vendors, and the Alangkaar management team in Singapore -- ensuring every wedding runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
Plan, schedule, and execute all wedding-related events (ROM, Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, Wedding Ceremony, Reception).
Coordinate vendors (decor, catering, photography, makeup, logistics, venue).
Maintain and monitor event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
Conduct client meetings (via Zoom/WhatsApp) and ensure expectations are clearly documented.
Supervise event setup and ensure all elements are completed on time.
Client & Management Communication
Handle client demands and requests professionally in Tamil and English.
Update management daily on event progress, pending issues, and next steps.
Maintain reports and dashboards using
Google Sheets / Zoho Projects / Monday.com
.
Communicate via WhatsApp Business, Email, and CRM systems effectively.
Technology & Reporting
Use
ChatGPT
to draft client responses, proposals, and itineraries.
Use
Canva
for simple mood boards or decor presentations.
Prepare and submit
daily & weekly performance reports
to HQ.
Handle vendor quotations, comparison sheets, and client invoices with accuracy.
Vendor & Crew Coordination
Liaise with makeup artists, photographers, videographers, decorators, and caterers.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for Singapore-Malaysia crossover events.
Ensure all payments, inventories, and manpower allocations are in order.
Requirements
Languages
: Tamil (fluent), English (strong verbal & written)

Experience
: Minimum
2-3 years
in wedding or event planning

Work Schedule
:
Tuesday to Sunday (off on Mondays)

All tasks must be tracked in Zoho or Monday.com daily.
Every client conversation summarized in a CRM note or WhatsApp group.
Weekly performance report submitted to management on Sunday night.
