If you love pretty stuff like us, Im sure you will love this. Your position as a decor assistant will mainly revolve around the set-up and dismantle of wedding decors. This will involve following design plans and on-sitestyling. Job Specifications: Wedding set up (including, but not limited to: packing/unpacking the decor, hanging lighting/displays, setting and styling tables, assisting with floral arrangements, etc.) Wedding tear down (carefully re-packing decor) Site visit and meet with potential clients to determine their needs Build and maintain professional networks Research and prepare a proposal to the customer Stay current with wedding trends The Must-Have Qualifications: Legendary customer service skills Team player Extremely punctual Must be organized and flexible Ability to self start and work independently Ability to work well under pressure Ability to lift at least 15kg (#muscles) Do not mind breaking a sweat in order to complete the d\xc3\xa9cor (It is a little bit smelly, to be frank, but I promise it is worth it.) The Extra Details: You must have reliable transportation to travel between De Comate office to the site (within the Penang area, transportation allowance will be available for out of Penang travel) You must be available to work weekends & late nights Experience in the events industry is an asset (but love for weddings & events is a must) Benefits Intensive and informative on job training is provided. Basic salary + Allowance + Incentive + Quarter bonus EPF, Socso, EIS, annual leaves provided. Have own transport and willing to travel.
