If you love pretty stuff like us, I\xe2\x80\x99m sure you will love this. Your position as a decor assistant will mainly revolve around the set-up and dismantle of wedding decors. This will involve following design plans and on-sitestyling. Job Specifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Wedding set up (including, but not limited to: packing/unpacking the decor, hanging lighting/displays, setting and styling tables, assisting with floral arrangements, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Wedding tear down (carefully re-packing decor) \xe2\x80\xa2 Site visit and meet with potential clients to determine their needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain professional networks \xe2\x80\xa2 Research and prepare a proposal to the customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay current with wedding trends The Must-Have Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Legendary customer service skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Extremely punctual \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be organized and flexible \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to self start and work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lift at least 15kg (#muscles) \xe2\x80\xa2 Do not mind breaking a sweat in order to complete the d\xc3\xa9cor (It is a little bit smelly, to be frank, but I promise it is worth it.) The Extra Details: \xe2\x80\xa2 You must have reliable transportation to travel between De Comate office to the site (within the Penang area, transportation allowance will be available for out of Penang travel) \xe2\x80\xa2 You must be available to work weekends & late nights \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the events industry is an asset (but love for weddings & events is a must) Benefits \xe2\x80\xa2 Intensive and informative on job training is provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic salary + Allowance + Incentive + Quarter bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 EPF, Socso, EIS, annual leaves provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have own transport and willing to travel.
