Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
Able to speak & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia
1 to 2 years proven experience as cook in commercial kitchen
Positive attitude and flexible to work for different shift
High energy level, able to adapt & tolerate stress and pressure
Good organization & communication skill
Knowing how to bake bread / pastries / cakes is a good to have skill (not compulsory)
Looks presentable & pleasant
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes following recipes with high quality & speed at correct portions for diners, delivery customers, event catering & banquet
Keep kitchen organized, clean & tidy (including any storage areas)
Manage inventory, stock & equipment
Learn existing & new recipes & test new recipes
