• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
• Able to speak & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• 1 to 2 years proven experience as cook in commercial kitchen
• Positive attitude and flexible to work for different shift
• High energy level, able to adapt & tolerate stress and pressure
• Good organization & communication skill
• Knowing how to bake bread / pastries / cakes is a good to have skill (not compulsory)
• Looks presentable & pleasant

• Prepare and cook dishes following recipes with high quality & speed at correct portions for diners, delivery customers, event catering & banquet
• Keep kitchen organized, clean & tidy (including any storage areas)
• Manage inventory, stock & equipment
• Learn existing & new recipes & test new recipes
