About the job GP Outsourcing Asia is an MSC Status company, incorporated through a joint venture with Multisonix Ltd, which develops and markets Multisonix suites of applications in Asia. The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Handling professional calls (e.g. insurance, legal, utilities, etc.) on-demand and acting as a language mediator between English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking persons.
• Involving complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
• Conveying proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax, and grammar for both English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
• Interpreting with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous, and sight translation modes.

Skills Required

• ou are highly proficient in both English & Mandarin/ Cantonese
• ou have excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have outstanding listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• You have proficient enunciation and pronunciation skills, and a pleasant, professional voice.
• You have a proficient understanding of cultural sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
