Requirements

• SPM cert or fresh graduates
• High Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type), Traditional Mandarin and Cantonese will be an added advantage (Speak, Read, Type)
• Need to commit 160 hours per month, (80% night/graveyard shift, 20% day shift) with 5 rotational working days, may need to work weekend in the future
• Have a dedicated workstation to working
• Location: Kelana Jaya Office (Petaling Jaya)
• Able to start working on 24th April 2023

• Handle inbound calls and translate related medical call from 911, insurance, or banks
• Assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and problem solving skill
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI

• Monthly Salary: RM4,800 min (hourly rate: 30 - RM 36 per hour)
• 5 Public Holidays MY + 5 Public Holidays US
