Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to our user community. In this role, you will be the frontline representative, handling customer inquiries primarily through live chat and email. The ideal candidate will be a communicative problem-solver, passionate about helping others and adept at managing multiple digital tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer questions and resolving issues through digital channels.
Deliver precise and friendly support, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple conversations across different systems.
Utilize provided knowledge bases and guidelines to offer accurate and timely solutions.

Candidate Requirements:
Professional fluency in both
Mandarin
and
English
(verbal and written) is mandatory. Selected candidates will undergo a language proficiency evaluation.
A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a customer-facing support role.
Demonstrable experience with live chat and email support systems is a prerequisite.
Technical competence with standard office software and the ability to work across several applications at once.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
