About the role The WIP Executive oversees and manages all aspects of inventory and documentation within the department, ensuring seamless workflow, adherence to quality standards, and regulatory compliance, while actively contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Compile, accurately record, and report departmental information in strict adherence to procedural guidelines manage incoming and outgoing documents efficiently. Coordinate inventory management processes to optimize production line efficiency and smooth operation. Conduct meticulous in-process inspections, strictly following prescribed work instructions and control plans to ensure product quality. Strategically plan the procurement of incoming materials according to production schedules for seamless workflow across various stages. Initiate material requisitions for essential production stages post-verification of physical stock, ensuring timely availability. Address and resolve shortages in incoming materials promptly and effectively. Execute daily SAP staging requirements meticulously to maintain operational fluidity. Ensure thorough clearance of physical scrap materials and facilitate their write-off through submission of accurate Scrap Notes to the Finance Department, following confirmation by QA. Conduct Cycle Counts as deemed necessary to maintain accurate inventory records. Collaborate with the accounts department to assist in job reconciliation during month-end closures. Participate actively in reviewing schedules with the Material Manager to optimize resource allocation. Uphold inventory accuracy and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing computerized inventory systems. Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development through active engagement in company training programs. Foster open and effective two-way communication channels to facilitate seamless workflow and collaboration. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. Ensure all work is executed with precision, clarity, and professionalism, adhering to established standards. Prioritize and maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times, adhering to industry regulations and internal policies. Flexibly undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by superiors to support organizational objectives and operational needs. Qualifications and skills Degree inFinance/Accountancy/Commerce or equivalent is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years\' experience in the field. Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English communication. Experience in manufacturing management and knowledge of food hygiene standards, HACCP, and AIB requirements are desirable. Candidateshould possess analytical skills, initiative, teamwork, and leadership qualities. Candidateshould be independent, resourceful, and able to work in fast-paced environments. Demonstrating good leadership and decision-making abilities is important. Adaptability to dynamic, global environments emphasizing accountability, quality, and timeliness is valued.
