Job Scope
Strategic Account Management:
Manage and oversee key strategic accounts, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly. Provide consultative guidance to foster business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Enhancing Customer Satisfaction:
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring service quality, optimizing project plans, and maintaining regular client communication to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Project Issue Identification & Resolution:
Collaborate across departments to identify project challenges, develop actionable solutions, and enhance overall product operations and project outcomes.
Support in Pre-Sales and Sales:
Assist in pre-sales initiatives by driving Proof of Concept (POC) projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivering a positive client experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
