About the job

Reporting directly to the Global Learning & Development Manager, the role holder is responsible to define and execute the End User Adoption strategy for Workday. As the team shape new initiatives, solutions and capabilities the role holder will support these with training and engagement activities to improve the end user acceptance and adoption of Workday. In order to do so, the role holder is supposed to:

  • Understand the Workday Development & Operations objectives and business needs in order to transpose them into an actionable End User Adoption strategy for Workday.
  • Raise awareness and engagement by promoting the importance of the \xe2\x80\x9cease of use\xe2\x80\x9d towards the Workday Competence Center developers and analysis as well as the business end users.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive Digital Adoption strategy by leveraging WalkMe and new features delivered by Workday.
  • Create and continuously improve in-app training content and communication material tailored to the specific needs of the diverse end user groups.
  • Drive, measure and continuously improve the end user adoption of Workday at scale.
  • Own the Stakeholder management process, engaging with HR leaders in helping the team shape an evolving HR landscape including our governance model, team\xe2\x80\x99s roles and responsibilities and ensuring decision making practices are clear and effective
  • Develop a strong internal network with internal communications teams, communication channel owners and creative and design teams that can support our mission.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ultimately responsible to define and execute the Workday End User Adoption strategy
  • Responsible to define a comprehensive digital adoption plan, own the respective budget and manage the relationship with the external vendors.
  • Responsible for developing the change management plan, manage, follow up and own the plan on a global level
  • Define and own the end-to-end user stories and enables the Workday Development & Operations team to design and deploy user centric solutions.
  • Own the Digital Adoption Strategy and acts as a System Owner for WalkMe. Create and deliver in-app training content in close co-operation with internal and external consultants.
  • Manage the Workday Key User Community (SharePoint, Yammer, etc.) to ensure that the key users understand their role and are engaged.
  • Define the End User Adoption metrics and measures in order to drive continuous improvement. Translate the metrics outcomes into concrete and actionable activities. Own the follow-through.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and leaders in order to ensure the consistency of messages, communication, interventions in line with the overarching GBS and People Strategy.
About you:

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
  • University degree in Business Administration or in a relevant area
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Expertise in Workday and ServiceNow
  • Experience with UX design, knowledge about information architecture and user-centered design principles
  • Experience in knowledge management incl. content creation and organization
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
