Job Responsibilities: - Malaysia Employment Act Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest updates and changes to the Malaysia Employment Act. Provide guidance and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Advise management on employment related matters, including contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions. HR Operations: Oversee day to day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and comply with relevant regulations. Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Payroll Knowledge: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and taxes. Ensure accurate tax calculations and deductions, maintaining compliance with tax laws. Address tax related inquiries and issues. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for HR and payroll related queries and issues. Understand client needs and tailor HR solutions to meet their specific requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving challenges promptly. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to achieve departmental objectives Employment Pass Management: Stay informed about immigration policies and requirements to effectively advise and assist foreign employees Assist end to end process of obtaining and renewing employment passes for foreign employees. Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure smooth and timely processing of employment passes. Qualifications For The Position Working Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in a field related to Human Resources is required.
