Manage inbound customer calls, delivering prompt and accurate support.
Address questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Record call information and update internal systems correctly.
Adhere to company procedures, service standards, and performance KPIs.
Forward complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer-focused, patient, and capable of multitasking.
Able to work shift hours and weekends (if required).
Previous call centre experience is an advantage.
