Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Assist in preparing daily and weekly plans for the workshop team and follow up on task progress. Support in ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop, including basic quality checks and proper documentation. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment by following established routines. Assist in monitoring tools and equipment condition; report any issues for repair, replacement, or calibration. Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure spare parts availability. Support the handling of customer equipment returned for repair or troubleshooting, in coordination with the Customer Service team. Encourage teamwork and good communication within the workshop team. Assist in tracking workshop expenses and reporting variances. Help gather data for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and performance tracking. Participate in reviewing current workshop processes and contribute improvement ideas. Perform other tasks or support functions as assigned by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Interest in workshop operations or production/maintenance environments. Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Strong willingness to learn, with good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under supervision and manage time effectively. Willing to work in a workshop environment at

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
