We are on the lookout for an experienced Workshop / Maintenance Manager whom is as excited about motorcycles as we are, to join our growing team! You would be in charge of leading a team, allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop whilst ensuring work is delivered on time and to a quality standard. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and improve overall service level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee daily operations, people resources and administrative processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming and outgoing motorcycles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Making improvements to the Maintenance process to ensure quality control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Guiding the maintenance team on quality control concerns to improve result excellence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise the daily workshop process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to determine the condition of each motorcycle by identifying technical issues, mechanical issues and safety concerns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing stationary tests and road tests to check the overall health of each motorcycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating and communicating the inspection findings with the respective parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Test motorcycle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report preparation on each motorcycle for follow-up action. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage costs and expenses through process efficiencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and adjust work schedules, solve production problems, handle quality issues and manage customer interactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor workshop workflow, inspect completed work and draft reports to detect recurrent faults. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring proper QC is done to every motorcycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or possess skill certificate in motorcycle technician. \xe2\x80\xa2 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferably those with hands-on mechanic work related experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of motorcycle operations and related processes is required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding and effective usage of leadership principles to get the job done. \xe2\x80\xa2 A thorough understanding of workshop processes, equipment technology and shop procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess a valid motorcycle license and at least 2 years of motorcycle riding experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Skillsets needed include technical know-how, leadership skills and interpersonal intelligence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and with a good working attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and BM.
