> We are hiring a Workshop Manager to lead and grow our automotive workshop in Alor Gajah, Melaka.

Most importantly, we need a leader who can build other leaders. Someone who is willing to guide, coach, and mentor staff to become future leaders themselves. This role is about growing together - not standing alone at the top.

You will also work closely with the owner to brainstorm and suggest ideas to improve customer experience, boost workshop visibility, and attract more customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage workshop operations (team, tools, workflow, customers)

Supervise staff and maintain strong discipline and teamwork

Ensure daily targets and quality standards are met

Solve problems independently and professionally

Think ahead and suggest ways to grow the workshop

Mentor and train team members to develop leadership skills

Collaborate with the owner on customer experience & marketing ideas

Report directly to the owner and work together on long-term planning

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in workshop management

Strong leadership and communication skills

High discipline, integrity, and commitment

Proactive and confident in decision-making

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets
