Job Description

Responsibilities : a. Responsible for safety and health of WWTP Technician and Contractors working at WWTP and its compound. b. Waste Water Treatment Plant 1. To ensure IETS operations is complying with DOE and factory requirement, and final discharge meet standard stipulated by DOE. 2. To arrange and supervise daily works for WWTP Technician. 3. To supervise daily WWTP operations and ensure that it is carried out according to work instructions and good manufacturing practices. 4. To ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all IETS machinery and equipment. 5. To monitor IETS chemicals inventory and record daily chemicals consumption. 6. To guide operators on simple mechanical repair including pumps and piping works. 7. Monitor and arrange weekly IETS water sampling by third party laboratory. 8. To do monthly OER reporting. 9. To complete IETS Performance Monitoring Checklist as per DOE requirements. 10. To perform data analysis for IETS and implement continuous improvement. 11. To liaise with Maintenance Team for any mechanical and electrical repair works. c. Scheduled Wastes 1. To ensure scheduled wastes management is complying with DOE and factory requirements. 2. To liaise with Scheduled Wastes Contractor and DOE for any new scheduled wastes generated. 3. To liaise with Scheduled wastes Contractor for scheduled wastes collection. 4. To prepare e-Consignment Note in eSWIS System for scheduled wastes collection. 5. To maintain scheduled wastes inventory and update in eSWIS System accordingly. 6. To provide proper training and guidance to subordinates. 7. To perform data analysis for scheduled wastes and implement continuous improvement. Qualification : 1. Candidate must possess bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5-10 years working experience in waste water and scheduled wastes. 3. Possess good communication skills. 4. Possess good discipline and attitude. 5. Abide to all company rules and regulations. 6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. 7. Familiar with DOE online system i.e., OER and eSWIS. 8. Candidate with CePIETSO-PCP or CePIETSO-PCP, and CepSWaM will be added advantage. 9. Possess forklift driving license. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM8,750.00 - RM9,300.00 per month Benefits:
