Job Description

Our Client is a leading beauty and wellness company offering a wide range of skincare and lifestyle solutions to clients worldwide. They are seeking for committed Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for

Job Responsibility :



Respond to customer inquiries promptly through

WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels

. Follow up with potential clients to understand their interests and ensure a high level of engagement. Provide professional assistance and solutions to customer issues in a timely and courteous manner. Support the scheduling of client appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate communication records and track client interactions effectively. Develop strong product knowledge to confidently introduce and recommend Beautehub's products and services. Gather and share customer feedback with the management team to improve service quality. Represent Beautehub with a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Qualification :



Diploma or equivalent qualification.

2-3 years of experience

in customer service, sales support, or related roles. Prior exposure to the

beauty, spa, or e-commerce

industry is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage). Confident using social media and messaging platforms such as

WhatsApp, Facebook, and TikTok

. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
