Job Responsibilities

Quantity Management & Valuation

? Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and site valuations.

? Verify detailed measurements and specifications based on consultants' drawings and documentation.

? Establish and maintain a comprehensive cost database for materials and suppliers.

Claims & Contract Management

? Prepare and submit Main Progress Claims and Sub-Contractor Claims.

? Follow up and negotiate payment certificates with main contractors.

? Handle variation orders and resolve related issues effectively.

Stakeholder Coordination

? Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers on contract and pricing matters.

? Collaborate closely with the project team to support smooth project execution.

? Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and project-related initiatives.

Job Requirement

? Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

? Minimum 2 years working experience in construction, plumbing, or related fields.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

? Strong analytical and mathematical ability.

? Experience in plumbing systems or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects.

? Knowledge of green building standards or sustainable construction practices

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
