Carry out condition based monitoring and preventive detection of any issues on electrical installation and machine electrical equipment and report accordingly to immediate superior. When situation requires to arrange and supervise manning for day-to- day maintenance and services operations to ensure all planned activities are executed effectively. To assists the manager/supervisor in attending and providing solutions to problems related to electrical in facilities. Report to manager or supervisor on a regular basis pertaining daily operations and working together to solve day to day operational problems. To perform electrical quality check and conduct daily health checks on the data center facilities. To perform other works as instructed by superior when required. Atte Ensure installations are safe and legal. Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained. Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties. Plan for preventive maintenance and arrange vendors for servicing to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures. Monthly reporting on the equipment status and preventive maintenance reports to be conduct with client based in UK.
