Your responsibilities as an Academic Assistant include: 1. To arrange placement tests for new students 2. To monitor book stocks and orders 3. To organize placement tests for new students 4. To conduct orientation for new students 5. To conduct students\xe2\x80\x99 feedback 6. To assist the principal 7. To monitor students\xe2\x80\x99 discipline, attendance, performance and preparing related reports 8. To organize academic related events (university tour, trips, etc.) 9. To prepare agenda and minutes of academic related meetings 10. To sub classes \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare and conduct English lesson \xe2\x80\xa2 To check and mark assignments and assessments \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain daily class reports \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare students\xe2\x80\x99 progress reports \xe2\x80\xa2 To key in students\xe2\x80\x99 daily attendance \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide timely feedback on students\xe2\x80\x99 performances 11. To participate in, plan, and organize academic related meetings and events 12. To work closely with other academic staff and the Head of Admission 13. To prepare academic-related reports 14.
