Manage incoming emails and mail related to access card requests and issues.
Verify, input, and maintain all badge/access card information.
Coordinate with tenants, employees, contractors, etc., to facilitate access to secure or restricted areas.
Perform any other duties as assigned by a superior or management.
Set permissions and privileges for access, subject to approval by the General Manager.
Access Card / System Duties
Responsible for managing access card systems (including Lift & RFID access cards).
Issue cards to requestors, process replacements or cancellations.
Maintain accurate records of access card stock and inventory.
Work with vendors to address system errors or lift access issues.
Training & Support
Provide training to users on how to use access cards.
Instruct on the operation of lift keypad panels.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management or direct supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
