The Position
As Access Partner, you will be responsible for driving Access, disease portfolio ecosystem/network, growth disease portfolio for high medical value (HMV) solutions and Clinical value marketing initiatives including branding. In addition, you will work closely with partners to drive consistency and excellence in patient access to Roche\xe2\x80\x99s novel biomarkers enabling early diagnosis and better patient management.

In this role, you will
Drive patient access via growing clinicians\xe2\x80\x99 adoption, implement market access strategy and evidence generation plans for HMV biomarkers in alignment with business objectives.
Regularly monitor sales performance for disease portfolios and ensure sales are on track with marketing strategy and business goals.
Act as the disease expert/lead in developing disease portfolio ecosystem with partners with high competency in patient journey, good knowledge of competitive landscape for the diagnosis and therapeutic treatment of disease area (e.g., cardiac/women\xe2\x80\x99s health/Oncology, etc.),
Partner and build alliance with key stakeholders (e.g., physicians, disease champions, associations, pharmaceutical, payers, digital health, hospital marketing team) to develop and implement leading clinical marketing initiatives/programs, clinical reference network and symposia to drive competency and utilization of HMV biomarkers in clinical practice.
Identify, build and leverage strong networks and relationships with potential stakeholders to facilitate broader market access.
Venture innovative business models (e.g. Public-private partnership) for business sustainability and meeting Access KPIs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and identifying shared purpose in order to create fruitful partnerships.
Develop deep understanding of the country healthcare trend, structure and what contribute to its decision making process
Represent Roche in engagement opportunities and collect and compiling insights, positions and feedback to inform our access and policies strategies
May act as a coach for colleagues with less experience and provide guidance. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance the target audience experience. Work autonomously; complete work with minimal supervision or guidance but maintain communication with supervisor regarding progress.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Medical Science/Pharmacy or related subjects from a reputable University. Master degree or doctoral degree is a plus.
Experience in Market Access, Clinical and laboratory discipline based required.
Additional Business qualification in sales, marketing, product management and business development and market access experiences desired.
3-5 years of diverse healthcare experience in Medical, Clinical, Pharmaceutical Marketing or selling to clinicians.
Detailed technical/clinical knowledge with prior experience of disease portfolio, patient journey, health economic models and solid knowledge of the clinical marketplace.
Strong ability to work in a matrix and collaborative environment
Excellent team working skills required
