Job Description

Accounts Responsibilities:



Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner. Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on overdue accounts. Assist in month-end closing procedures.

Admin Responsibilities:



Manage office supplies and place orders as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications & Skills



Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - comprehensive training will be provided Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Contract 4 months
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
