• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any Field.
• Required language (s): English, Mandarin.
• Proven work experience in a similar role.

Tanggungjawab

• To provide finance and administration support in monthly management reporting and closing of month-end accounts;
• Handle daily AR & AP of the company.
• Prepare invoices, monthly Company expenses, payment, bank reconciliation, and inter-billing for Companies;
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database
• Prepare & checking monthly petty cash claims submitted by Project Team
• Must be able to read and communicate in English, Mandarin
• Any ad-hoc task is given by superior
• Minimum of 2 - 10 years of working experience in corporate finance-related roles in similar
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
• Review and prepare monthly financial forecasts including P&L and cash flows for business planning and performance review.
• To assist in implementing, managing, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensure smooth operations of the department in terms of timely management of accounts and other projections required.
• Work with all division heads on budget preparation and to achieve cost control for overall profitability improvement. Facilitate the team in the cost analysis for cost monitoring/target.
• Manage and oversee the cash flow projection of the company, control payment, and collection
• Plan and manage all banking facilities utilization of the company to ensure that there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs of the company.
