Perform
bank reconciliations
and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Prepare and issue
debit notes
and
credit notes
as required.
Support
general accounting and administrative
functions to ensure smooth financial operations.
Enter AP invoices, driver commissions, and verify sales invoices.
Prepare standard journal entries and assist with monthly
bank reconciliations
.
Generate and compile
management reports
for internal review.
Requirements:
Preferably
some experience in accounts payable
or general accounting.
Candidates with
more than 1 year of experience handling a full set of accounts
will have an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
