RESPONSIBILITIES:-

\xc2\xb7 Daily check on banks transactions

\xc2\xb7 Maintain files and documents thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

\xc2\xb7 Makes all payment by Online Banking System.

\xc2\xb7 Prepares/checks on staffs & workers/salary/commission/annual leave/Claims.

\xc2\xb7 Prepares daily/monthly reports whenever requested.

\xc2\xb7 Sales Tax/GST knowledge

\xc2\xb7 AP/AR

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties and assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:-

\xc2\xb7 Can work independently.

\xc2\xb7 Able to start work immediately

\xc2\xb7 Staying around Skudai Area is preferable

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in ERP systemis preferable
