At least LCCI Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Knowledge in UBS SQL/ERP Accounting System are added advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Computer literate
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Possess own transport and must be willing to work in BAYAN LEPAS.
Responsibilities
Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes.
Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.
Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
