Job Description


Requirements:Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or itxe2x80x99s related.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of a full set of accounts, GL management and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a sense of responsibility in meeting dateline.
  • Good command of mandarin, both spoken and written, as there is a need to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Effectively manages stress and works well under pressure.
  • Able to work flexible hours (may include weekends and/or public holidays during peak hours)
Scopes:Core Business Services (CBS) OverviewAt CBS, we equip people in critical roles with the expertise and solutions to provide value-added service as an outsource finance team. We handle all functions related to your company's financial well-being.This role will manage the full scope of customer full set account function.Some key aspects of the role we are offering you:
  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Oversee daily accounting entries, reconciliation of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Establish and maintain a fixed asset register, ensuring accurate asset tracking.
  • Monitor and manage payables and receivables.
  • Assist with preparation of tax fillings and support tax audits.
  • Monitor and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Track and report on cash flow.
  • Support the finance team in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement.
  • Participate in the implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assisting in financial and tax audit process both internal and external audits.
