Computer literate : Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint | Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail & Calendar. AI proficiency is a plus. Responsible to handle full set account and administration support in the company. Prepare and issue payment voucher to ensure that the expenses are properly and posted in accounting system. To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection. Liaise with external parties ( e.g. Banker, Company Secretary, Auditor and Tax agent ) Handle HR issue like Payroll, EPF, Socso and etc. Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment, resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire.
