Kelayakan
Education: Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or a related field.
Work Experience: 2 - 5 years; Experience from audit firm is an added advantage.
Required Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Simplified Mandarin Pinyin.
Computer literate : Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint | Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail & Calendar.
AI proficiency is a plus. Candidates should have a working knowledge of relevant tools and a keenness to stay updated.

Tanggungjawab
Assist on company monthly documents preparation and ensure document filling are systematic.
Responsible to handle full set account and administration support in the company.
Prepare and issue payment voucher to ensure that the expenses are properly and posted in accounting system.
To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
Liaise with external parties ( e.g. Banker, Company Secretary, Auditor and Tax agent )
Handle HR issue like Payroll, EPF, Socso and etc.
Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment, resignation, transfer, promotion and confirmation of hire.
To assist/handling any ad-hoc task of accounting and administrative activities from time to time.
