Job Description


  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting and/or 4-5 years of related working experience.
  • Possess knowledge of Accounting and Administration
  • Full set of account
  • Good attitude with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Possess analytical skills, meticulous and with a high level of integrity and responsibility
Responsibilities
  • Handle monthly closing of full set accounts
  • Perform day-to-day accounting functions including cash book, audit schedule and management reporting
  • Issue intercompany billings for payment to vendors or receipts from customers and management fees
  • Process monthly staff claims and sales commission
  • Prepare a monthly statement of accounts to customers for debt collection
