Pinpointing the best offerings, giving demos or presentations as well as proposals to clients.
Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as partner collaboration, social media, marketing events etc.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with the client's key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with client's needs and industry trends.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, deals insight and sales order lodging in the ERP system.
Provide regular progress reports and updates toward goals and potential challenges.
Participating in ongoing training and workshops, as well as attending social networking events.
Qualifications:
2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
