• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Team in delivering a professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving inquiries related to Accounts Payable function and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
• Liaise with pending payment from different supplier (term of payment)
• Invoice processing (Supplier submit invoice, upon receiving said invoice, accounts payable will verify the invoice is valid and not a duplicate
• Ensure AP services are delivered within the agreed service levels and targets and assist to establish all relevant AP policies, procedures, and control
• Perform the reconciliation of the AP record against the GL record, to ensure the records are tallied and to ensure the reconciliation of the AP record against Statement of Accounts submitted by the Creditors/Vendors are performed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cash flow management is an advantage.
• Strong in Account Payable with atleast 3 years of experience
• MUST be Familiar with SAP
• Required someone who can understand, read, speak, and write in Mandarin.
