• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Team in delivering a professional and consistent service to stakeholders in resolving inquiries related to Accounts Payable function and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of processing invoices or payment depending on the team assigned
• To ensure the reconciliation of the AP record against Statement of Accounts submitted by the Creditors/Vendors are performed.
• Support, supervise and develop team through learning & development, coaching, feedback & reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine or complex issues / escalations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cash flow management is an advantage.
• Alteast 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with strong SAP knowledge.
• Required someone who can understand, read, speak, and write in Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
