Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Provide support to end user's inquiries about Accounting Software via phone/email/remote assistance. Provide both off-site software technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Perform data migration works. Conduct product (Software) training for end users. Involve in ad-hoc projects, and pre-implementation discussions. Resolve customer accounting discrepancies or technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
Main Requirement
Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field. Preferably 1 year of working experience in the Accounting field. Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills are an added advantages. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
