Responsible for day-to-day billing and collection activities and report to superior on outstanding / potential debtor issues.
Prepare and compile comprehensive monthly management reports to monitor and assess the financial performance of the organization.
Prepare monthly status report, collection report and other reports as assigned.
To be key user for Yardi software implementation on Lease Administration.
Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
Degree/ diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
Preferably with 2 to 5 years working experience in similar capacity.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good command in both written & spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage as the job require to liaise with tenants/ client.
Good interpersonal communications skills.
Computer literate - Microsoft Office, sensitive towards figures calculation.
