Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and serving as the primary point of contact.
Sales and business development:
Identifying new leads, developing sales strategies, and proactively prospecting for new business opportunities.
Client needs assessment:
Understanding client objectives, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
Presentations and negotiation:
Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
Project coordination:
Working with internal teams (such as marketing and product development) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Performance tracking:
Monitoring client satisfaction, tracking account performance, and preparing regular performance reports.
