Handle and Prepare full sets of accounts.
Perform day-to-day processing of AP and AR including verifying, classifying, data entry and posting transactions.
Ensure all collections have been accounted for timely and accurately and offset prompt.
Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims.
Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, authorities and others.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess minimum LCCI (Intermediate), ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
Competent in MS Office such as MS Word and Excel, knowledge of database and spreadsheet software.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage
Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in accounting field with SST knowledge.
Well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal & written.
Self motivated, disciplined, good communication & interpersonal skills, able to work as a team and independently as well.
Able to work at Setia Alam

Monday - Saturday (9.00 am-6.00 pm)
