Job Description


Job Position \xe2\x80\x93 ACCOUNTS MANAGER ( SIMPANG RENGGAM )s

  • Ensure accurate and regulatory-compliant preparation of management reports within specified timelines.
  • Proactively manage financial closing processes to anticipate challenges and minimize surprises for management.
  • Provide insightful interpretation of financial information to guide management decisions and recommend strategic courses of action.
  • Manage cash flow to optimize company liquidity and ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Review monthly billing and payment processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare comprehensive company tax schedules and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company direction and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead tax planning efforts to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain company budgets and cost monitoring templates, analyzing costs and performance to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to identify root causes of financial variances and drive action plans to mitigate them.
  • Oversee treasury and banking-related matters, including cash management, investments, and financing activities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance department, ensuring that objectives are met and team members are supported in their roles.
  • Serve as the administrator of the accounting system, maintaining data integrity and overseeing system enhancements as needed.
  • Assist in liaising with external auditors to finalize annual audits and ensure timely submission of statutory accounts.
  • Ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures are up-to-date with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, particularly in streamlining processes and enhancing reporting tools to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
