Job Description

Able to communicate basic Mandarin to liase with our supplier
Able to handle Account Payable and Account Receivable and others accounting task.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Perform day to day administrative matters and clerical duties.
Checking and preparing petty cash claims including maintaining cash book records.
Support general office administration including proper documentation and filling of files or office correspondences, office supplies, receipts and various other clerical matters.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or superior from time to time.
Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
Honest, self-motivated, positive and responsible characteristic.
Good team player and ability to work well with others.
