Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Handle daily administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and record management.
Perform basic accounting tasks such as key-in receipts, and payments.
Prepare payment vouchers and process online bank transfers.
Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in basic financial reporting.
Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Managing day to day transactions
Support daily office operations and general admin matters.
Administration works.
Follow instructions and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
Able to standby during public holidays if required for urgent payment or operational matters.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Related Field
Preferably with
1-2 years of experience
in Finance/Accounting and Administrative Roles.
Prefer candidates to be fluent in Malay and English.
Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative work.
Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good time management in order to complete tasks assigned
Good communication and time management skills.
Support team by performing tasks related to organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
