Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / \'O\' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / \'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in Mandarin as 95% of our client and suppliers speaks Mandarin
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily processing of orders from customers and manage all associated administrative matters.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day basic operations.
  • Involve in planning of logistic to clients
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
  • Providing support to the Account Department.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
