The Admin Executive will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations, including office management, HR assistance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue Invoices:
Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow Up on Payments:
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
Manage Delivery Orders:
Key in delivery orders into the system and coordinate with the logistics team to track and follow up on delivery status.
Process Online Orders:
Handle incoming online orders, ensuring accurate data entry and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
